Q: Other than writing code, how can I contribute?

0Documentation, advocacy, beta testing.
You can help out by simply using CiviCRM and/or telling a friend or organization about CiviCRM.
CiviCRM needs beta testers to help describe features that are missing, find bugs, and suggest improvements.
The CiviCRM manual and wiki are open efforts. If you would like to contribute to the manual you can visit http://flossmanuals.org to find a copy.
