First, download thru SVN and build the GCC MELT branch.
Then read the (very incomplete) documentations, mostly the GCC wiki pages on MELT (a GCC MELT site might appear later).

GCC MELT can be used to develop customized GCC extensions suitable for a given application, or project, or community, or organization. Please develop your own GCC extensions coded in MELT.
