If you're technical, and want to know more about the inner workings of a machine learning library, then head over to the list of issues: https://github.com/chewxy/gorgonia/issues
If you're not as technical, the best way to help is to use Gorgonia. That way you can help identify what's missing in the documentation, and then file a bug in the issue tracker: https://github.com/chewxy/gorgonia/issues

Q: Other than writing code, how can I contribute?

0Use Gorgonia
The problem is as the creator of Gorgonia, I'm familiar with one mode of thinking - mine. I want more diverse modes of thinking to be able to find bugs and things that don't make sense to other people.
If you have an issue with Gorgonia, please file an issue: https://github.com/chewxy/gorgonia/issues

Q: What's a good bug for a newcomer to tackle?
-
0Anything labelled "easy" - they usually already have a reference implementation

Q: What is a bug or issue with Gorgonia that you've been putting off, neglecting, or just plain avoiding?
-
0Convolutional Neural Network stuff
My main use case of Gorgonia doesn't involve convolutional neural networks, so I never had a desire to build the Operations necessary
