0Triage (Test) Issues
Sometimes people tend to submit bugs in a fit of rage and they leave the most important information out. Or even if they do submit all the info developers can't test them all, so testing all these bugs to confirm or disprove the issue is critical to make the best use of active developers time.
Please consider this if you're very observant and good at beta-testing software.

Despite the great effort from our core team, the Pencil2D source code is largely undocumented. this is a critical task to allow other developers to understand the code quickly and help them understand the fundamental design structure while reading the source code.
