  • Q: I'd like to participate. How do I begin?

      I actually want to FIND or PROPOSE the addition of a -new- feature to "VLC media player" ...namely, the ability to play clips from a single video or audio file, based on a clip-time list (ie, a text-file with pairs of (start-time, stop-time), that VLC would use this way:
      for each pair, in the text-tile, VLC would play from start-time to stop-time, then wait for user to press Spacebar.
      This would allow a speaker or teacher to play clips from a file, in a specified order, possibly skipping over less interesting material, to save presentation time)
