0Tests on Windows
Ever since shiningpanda-ci.org went away we've not had the ability to easily run out unit/integration test suite on Windows. See: https://bitbucket.org/circuits/circuits/issue/33/tests-broken-on-windows -- It would be really nice if someone with Windows experience could help us here!
