      Update the Lintian manual

      The Lintian manual is horribly outdated. Have a look at doc/lintian.xml, feel free to also review the man pages (in man/). The source for these files are available in http://git.debian.org/?p=lintian/lintian.git;a=summary

      Update tag descriptions and mark up

      Historically both tag names and their description has been inconsistent. Feel free to submit updates for tag descriptions, add mark-up or policy references. Have a look at the checks/*.desc files in http://git.debian.org/?p=lintian/lintian.git;a=summary.
