      There is no clear picture on Rietveld internals.

      Copy of DB for local testing.

      Right now you need to enter issues (upload patches) into local Rietveld copy manually. That's not a problem, but if you'd like to test pagination on 3000+ entries, there is a problem. We need a way to get partial DB copy and deploy it locally with a single command.
