0Report Bugs
Whenever you run into an issue while using Sugar or simply have a suggestion, you can file a ticket at bugs.sugarlabs.org so that our developers are aware of it. You don't need to know about the technical details of Sugar - even first graders can do so. Sugar Labs' Mel Chua has recently written an awesome introduction on how to do so: http://wiki.sugarlabs.org/go/Talk:Sugar_on_a_Stick/Getting_Involved

1I haven't gotten up a test case system, though we have an idea to make one with Semantic MediaWiki.
I don't know how long it will take to properly deploy MediaWiki with the Semantic Mediawiki and Semantic Forms plugins on a Sugar Labs box - I'm not a sysadmin, and don't trust myself to set it up "properly." http://bugs.sugarlabs.org/ticket/400.
Once the wiki itself is up, I can easily walk someone through the process of creating the test case system structure - it would take less than 90 minutes on IRC. I've done it before. And once the system's up, I would be actively using it for the QA I'm doing for SoaS and my local deployment.
