The website needs to be remade. It should be dynamic and allow users to submit and manage their own glossaries. I think ExtJS, PHP, and MySQL would be excellent for this.

I would also appreciate the help of maintainers for the different ports of the application, especially Windows CE, MacOS, and Maemo, as I don't own devices running these operating systems.

toMOTko is a small flashcard application for learning foreign language vocabulary. It's designed for people learning one or more foreign languages. Its unicode support is convenient for japanese, korean or chinese characters, etc. It's multi-platform.
