Gitmarks is an attempt to build a distributed bookmark system, based on top of git as a data store back-end.
This is a project to work with Attendee Meta Data project, a set of tool for testing/collecting/messing with attendee data at conferences.
I am helping document, test, and give examples for working with the OpenAMD public API, and for making changes to The Next HOPE (2010) hardware tags to work with the device.
Examples are at : http://github.com/FarMcKon/Next-HOPE-OpenAMD-Examples
The Hacktory is (was?) a technology education group in Philadelphia PA. As a sub-branch of N.T.R. nonprofit, it ran classes and had a workshop. Currently (spring 2010) it is still running some classes, but does not seem to have workshop space or open hours anymore.
Co Founded The Hacktory in 2007. Elected as Instigator (President Analog). For the first year of the space, I was in charge of finding new members, running classes, organizing classes, etc. Ended involvement in 2009 to start a newer and better hackerspace, Hive76.
Hive76 is a hackerspace in Philadelphia PA. We are nonprofit, and owned by our members. Hive76 was founded in March 2009, and currently (March 2010) had 14+ members, a 1,500 sq. ft work area, and a ton of projects.
Co-founder of Hive76. Elected as Instigator (President Analog). For the first year of the space, I was in charge of finding new members, setting up infrastructure (software, hardware, and policy), starting projects, organizing classes, etc. Currently as Instigator I represent the group to the outside world, collaborate with other groups, and work on getting projects completed.
