This is a fancy new web UI for GNU Mailman 3. It's part of "Mailman 3 suite" which includes the core part that sends email (mailman core), the archiver (hyperkitty) and the web ui (postorius).

I'm a core developer working on the new web interface for Mailman, I wrote a bunch of the documentation for version 2.1 (the current stable version), and I mentor summer of code students for Mailman too.
